Much more developed is the face that I reproduce (also from Rabl) in Fig. 63. It is from an embryo which measured 8.3 mm. in the preserved condition and belonged, According to Rabl's estimate, to the fourth or perhaps the beginning of the fifth week. It corresponds fairly well with Fig. 11 .
