Simulation of embryonic mouse development from zygote (1 cell) to blastocyst (128 cell stage)

  • An example of a complete simulation of embryo development from 1 to 128 cells.
  • Simulation includes trophectoderm formation in “position-based” model, blastocoel growth and endoderm (primitive endoderm) formation by differential adhesion and directional signal mechanisms.
