Mouse forelimb bud Tbx3 and Tbx2 expression

Establishment of posterior forelimb bud identity requires Hand2. Hand2 participates in transcriptional activation and/or upregulation of Tbx2/3 and Shh expression in the posterior mesenchyme and is required for anterior restriction of Gli3 and Alx4 expression.
