Bovine ovarian follicle BMP15 and GDF9 expression
- BMP15 and GDF9 immunoreactivity found in oocyte and cumulus cells of calf (A, C) and cow (B, D) follicles.
- BMP15 and GDF9 proteins were staining brown by immunostain using BMP15 and GDF9 antibody (A,B and C,D) or preimmuno serum with diluent (negative control; E, F).
- The scale bar is 100 μm.
